1/72 Plastic Modern Building

A 1/72 scale plastic model kit of a modern building with heavy battle damage molded in — collapsed balconies, exposed brickwork, blown-out windows, bullet impacts, and a ladder accessory included straight from the sprue.

Unlike generic building kits, the damage is built into the mold itself, so you don't need to scratch-build or modify anything to achieve a realistic war-damaged look. Ideal for modern conflict dioramas, particularly urban warfare and Middle East settings where contemporary concrete construction is the norm.

For 1/72 modelers building urban combat scenes, a realistic war-damaged building is one of the hardest elements to source. This kit solves that directly — the damage is already there, and the scale is confirmed for use alongside standard 1/72 vehicles and figures.

To complete the urban scene, build the surrounding rubble and walls with our blue foam slabs and add scattered tree bark rocks as broken concrete debris.
