Rivet Making Tool For Scale Modeling

A precision rivet scribing tool for re-creating or adding rivet detail to scale models — aircraft panel lines, tank hull plating, warship decks, industrial machinery, and Gunpla armor surfaces. Roll the toothed wheel along a straight edge or scribing guide tape and it stamps evenly spaced, consistent rivets into the plastic in a single pass.

Useful when kit rivets have been sanded away during seam removal, when you're adding detail to a flat area, or when scratch-building parts that need realistic surface texture.

How it works

Each tool head is a toothed wheel with a fixed spacing between teeth. Rolling it along the surface creates a line of evenly spaced indentations. The diameter of each tooth determines the size of each rivet impression. Use a scribing guide tape or ruler to keep lines straight and parallel.

Each set contains three tool heads. Choose the size range that matches the scale you work in most:

• T09B01 — starter set, general purpose
• T09B02 — 0.55mm / 0.65mm / 0.75mm — small rivets, 1/72 and 1/48 aircraft
• T09B03 — 1.0mm / 1.25mm / 1.5mm — medium rivets, 1/35 armour and vehicles
• T09B04 — medium range, general scale modeling
• T09B08 — 1.0mm / 1.25mm / 1.5mm — alternate spacing pattern
• T09B09 — 0.55mm / 0.65mm / 0.75mm — alternate spacing pattern
