Skin Tone Acrylic Paint Pens for Figures, Busts & Dolls - 7 Shades

Small skin repairs like these are where a model stalls, because the fix means mixing a flesh tone you will use once and then trying to match it. These seven pens hold the tone already mixed. Pick the closest shade, shake, press the tip until the paint flows, and touch it in.

Where they earn their place on the bench

• Faces and cheeks: cover a rub mark or a bare spot on a doll head, bust or figure face without repainting the whole area.
• Ears, noses and fingertips: the high points that lose paint first when a piece gets handled.
• Repairs after sanding or gluing: bring color back over a cleaned-up seam or a reattached part.
• Small exposed-skin areas: hands, forearms and necks on figures where a brush and a palette feel like overkill.

The shade names below are the manufacturer's own. Check the color chart in the photos to judge each tone, since they do not always read the way the names suggest.

How to use

1. Shake the pen well before use.
2. Press the tip down until the paint flows.
3. Try the shade on a hidden spot or a scrap piece first, then touch in the area.

• All 7 Colors: all seven pens, so you have a light, a mid and a deep option on hand for whatever comes onto the bench next.
• Complete Skin Kit: all seven pens plus two Mo Shi clear varnish pens, Gloss Clear and Matt Clear. They are water-based, go on milky and dry clear, and are safe over acrylics. Finish with Matt Clear to knock the shine off the repair so it sits back into the surrounding skin.
• Single tone: you already know which shade matches your figure and only need that one.

These are Model Marker MS 025 pens. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, which is one more reason to test on a hidden spot first.
