Balsa is the easiest wood to shape at the bench: it cuts with a hobby knife, sands in seconds and glues with PVA or CA. These packs of square sticks and flat strips give you ready-sized stock for ship framing and deck details, scratchbuilt structures, diorama timber, crates and fences.
Key Features
Light, straight-grained balsa that carves cleanly and takes stain, paint or a simple sealer. Square sticks suit framing, posts and beams; the flat strips work as planking, trim, battens and wall boards.
