Guazi Studio Candy Chameleon Airbrush Paint

Candy chameleon is a translucent color-shift pearl: almost invisible over white, then deep and jewel-like over gloss black, with the color sliding as the light moves across curved panels. Guazi Studio's pre-mixed candy chameleon is ready for the airbrush and ideal for show-car bodies, motorcycle tanks and mecha armour.

Key Features

Fully transparent: it adds only the chameleon effect and never changes the tone of the base underneath. The shift shows on the highlights and reflective areas, while the rest keeps the base color.

Works over any base: gloss black gives the strongest, most dramatic shift, but any base color can be used to create your own combinations.

Ready to spray: pre-mixed to airbrush consistency, no thinning needed.

Available Shades

Gold to Violet, Magenta Violet, Royal Violet Blue, Emerald Green, Lime Gold, Antique Gold, Copper Plum, Deep Purple, Indigo Violet, Teal Blue, Green to Violet and Bronze Plum.

How to Use

1. Shake well and pour straight into the airbrush cup. No thinning needed.
2. Spray over a gloss base coat. Gloss black is the recommended base; other colors work too.
3. Spray at 22~29 psi (0.15~0.2 MPa) with a 0.5mm nozzle and medium paint flow, using light sweeping passes. Build up 3~5 thin coats.
4. Seal with a clear top coat once fully dry.
5. Let it cure for about 5 minutes at room temperature (68°F / 20°C) before handling.

Compatibility

Best with a 0.5mm nozzle airbrush. Ideal for model cars, motorcycles, Gunpla, mecha and figures.
