Acrylic paints are typically applied with brushes or with an airbrush.

These solutions are fine, especially if you are going to apply paint on large surfaces, or spend several hours painting. They are, however, a bit cumbersome if what you want to paint is a small detail, or you want to highlight a panel line.

In that case, a soft-tipped pen is an ideal solution. Very fast and convenient: remove the lid, apply the paint, and you're done.
