What should you do if you placed an order and you did not receive your package?

We have partnered with the worldwide merchants in order to provide you the best quality and prices.

We ship direct from our manufacturer to save on costs.  This allows us to be able to get some items to you for just shipping and handling. 

This means that your order is shipped from overseas, and delivery times may be slightly longer than in local delivery. Check out each product, but in general  your item may take 7 to 30 working days to arrive to US and 10-40 for the rest of the world (Most of the times it will be less!). Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, and contact us if you have any questions about your purchase

In rare cases, it is possible for us we will supply the tracking number for your shipping. Sometimes our global suppliers do not provide it. 

Obviously in all the cases we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards through the Shopify Payments. We also accept PayPal as well.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs depend on the weight of the product and the place where we are shipping to. The total shipping costs will be shown before you complete your order.

Where is my tracking number?

We will send it to you as soon as your order is shipped.

When will my order arrive?

This depends on the product ordered. Most items will arrive in less that 4 weeks but others could need up to 40 working days. If you do have not received after that, please contact us.

I did not receive all the products I ordered

When you order more than one product together they may be shipped separately so you get them as fast as possible. Thus, you may receive one item before the others. If you do not receive all your product within 40 working days, please contact us.
