Like the most, quickly charges, easy to use.
Like the least, having to use an Allen wrench to chuck it in came loose on its own.

Very small I was surprised(not bad though). I do scale model cars and trucks etc and it's perfect size. If I had to complain it would be that the battery does not have a very long life cycle before it needs a charge again but it does charge quickly. It is somewhat disappointing though that the hole you put the bits in is a smaller size than most of your Dremel kits shank size. It works great though.
