Working street lamps are the fastest way to make a layout or diorama read as a real place after dark. This pack gives you five pre-wired lamp posts with white LEDs already fitted inside the lantern head, so you only have to plant them and connect the leads.
Key Features
Each lamp runs on 3V, which means a pair of AA cells or any small 3V supply will light the whole set with no resistor maths. The leads exit through the base and stay hidden once the post is planted. All five lamps in a pack share the same casting and finish, so a street lined with them looks consistent.
Adjustable Base
The base section is 1cm/0.39in across and slides on the post, letting you set how much of the pole sits above your ground surface. That matters when your baseboard has a thick scenic layer: you can drill through, feed the wires underneath, and still park the lantern at the right height.
Sizes and Finishes
HO 1/87 posts stand about 8cm/3.15in to 9cm/3.54in overall, with roughly 8cm/3.15in showing above the base. N 1/160 posts stand about 7cm/2.76in overall, with roughly 6cm/2.36in showing. Three post finishes are available in both scales: black, dark green, and weathered copper. The LED is white in every version.
