Cormake 1~50mm Precision Circle Cutter
Cutting a clean circle by hand is one of those jobs where a steady hand is never quite steady enough. This bench-top cutter puts the work on a bearing-mounted turntable and holds the blade on a sliding arm, so you spin the material against a fixed blade instead of trying to steer a knife around a curve.
How It Cuts
Set the blade arm against the engraved scale to pick your radius, lock it down, then press and rotate. The turntable runs on a sealed bearing so the material tracks smoothly through a full revolution. Finished discs run from roughly 1mm up to 50mm across, which covers everything from tiny instrument faces to wheel discs and hatch covers.
What Is In The Kit
Cutting base with bearing turntable and engraved scale, three 30-degree cutting heads, two springs, blade arm and mounting hardware, a clear acrylic positioning template marked with concentric rings, and an L-shaped fibreboard corner guide for lining up square stock.
Materials It Handles
Styrene sheet, thin plasticard, masking film and tape, decal paper, thin card and foil. Ideal for masking discs, portholes, gauge faces, road wheels and any part of a build where a repeatable circle beats a freehand one.
Safety
The cutting heads are genuinely sharp. Keep spares in their sleeve, retract or remove the blade when the tool is not in use, and keep it away from children.
