Soft, bare copper wire is one of the most useful things to keep on the workbench: engine plumbing and ignition leads, handrails and grab handles, antenna bases, rigging fittings, cable runs on a layout, pins for joining parts. Each coil holds 10m (about 33ft), so there is plenty for a whole build.
Key Features
The wire is T2 high-purity copper, soft enough to bend by hand or with round-nose pliers and hold its shape, and easy to solder. Left bare it has a warm copper tone; it also takes primer and paint for steel, brass or rubber hoses.
Available Diameters
0.3mm for fine wiring and ignition leads, 0.5mm and 0.8mm for pipes, handrails and fittings, 1.0mm and 1.2mm for heavier plumbing, frames and pinning. Every diameter comes as a 10m coil.
