Trumpeter 05729 1/700 CV-10 USS Yorktown Aircraft Carrier

One of the longest-lived Aircraft Carriers in the US Navy, the CV-10 USS Yorktown took part in the Pacific theater during WWII. Later decommissioned, it was modernized and saw action again during the Vietnam war, and it even took part in the Space Program as the recovery ship for the Apollo 8 mission. No doubt, a wonderful ship.

This kit by Trumpeter lets you build a 1/700 scale model of the carrier. You can build it in its original WWII setting, or easily adapt it to a more modern era with our 1/700 scale planes. It can also be complemented with our set of 1/700 sailors, valid for all eras.

We have to prepare each shipment individually as they are ordered, so allow it in 3-4 weeks to arrive in the USA/Canada (to be safe) and 3-6 weeks rest of the world, though they are usually delivered much faster.
