Rubber brushes are being used more often lately, and their uses only keeps growing:

• Their origin can be found in the nail art use, as they offer much more control with certain components like glitter than typical bristle brushes do.
• They then gained its space into scale modeling. I use them both to apply paint in certain areas, and especially for dry brushing (as you don't risk some bristles placing paint where you don't want to) and for the controlled application of pigments, such as metallic pigment in tracks or machine guns.
• And they are now being used for many other purposes, such as smoothing surfaces in clay sculpting, blending pencil in drawing etc.

This set comes with 5 brushes with different sets, so you will find the one you need in any occasion.
