Let's be honest: on many occasions, we create scenes with snow, mud, or very dirty floors or vehicles, and our figures are placed as if they had fallen from the sky. No traces of where they have set foot just a moment before.

We have to prepare each shipment individually as they are ordered, so allow us 1-4 weeks for it to arrive in the USA/Canada (to be safe) and 1-6 weeks rest of the world, though they are usually delivered much faster.
