Metal wires are essential when adding details to your models or scratch-building parts. Soldering wire (sometimes called "led wire", though his one is made of tin as led is toxic) is especially easy to shape, which makes it even more convenient.

Using wires of different diameters, you can replicate items such as:

• In aircraft: cables, tubes, and conduits in cockpits, engines, bomb bays, and wheel wells.
• In vehicles: in-scale handles, cabling, and tubing in engines and interiors.
• In Gundam: All sorts of conduits and cables to make them more eye-catching.
