Update: May 20th, 2025

Supply chains are getting back to a (n almost) normal situation now, and we have reactivated most of the products in our store, especially tools.

We will work on bringing other most products in other sections such as modelling materials, vegetation, etc online for US customers in the coming days.

Update: May 15th, 2025

As tariffs are lowered, deals are negotiated, etc., the supply chains are starting to operate step by step.

So, some products are already available again for US customers, and we will be bringing most of the shop online to users in that country in the coming days/weeks.

How do you know which products are available? Essentially, if you can see it, it's available.

Reach out to support@hobbyisthaven.com if you encounter any issues or have any questions.

Update: May 6th, 2025

We have secured a small stock of some products locally in the US, so we can ship those now. We have limited quantities, so if you are interested, get yours quickly.

I'm sure you're aware of the new international trade policies that have been implemented recently.

There is a host of tariffs in place on different countries and categories of goods now.

Besides, on May 2nd, the "de minimis exemption" will be eliminated, meaning that any shipment, regardless of its value, will be subject to customs and pay duties and tariffs.

However, this situation is very fluid, with news about policy changes being received daily or almost hourly. Let me tell you that most sellers feel a great deal of uncertainty about the near future.

Some positive signals have indeed started emerging from the US, China, and some European countries, but the future remains uncertain. Too uncertain.

It's too risky to issue large shipments to the US at the moment, so stocks there won't be replenished for now. We also had a deadline for delivering small shipments from overseas so they arrive before May 2nd, and that deadline has already passed.

This means we cannot accept orders from the US for the time being, until some form of final agreement is reached with different countries or economic areas.

I remain positive and hope for a resolution in a matter of weeks.

Of course, we will keep you posted and let you know precisely when orders are resumed.
