Modern Asian armies (notably South Korean K2 Black Panther tanks and various other contemporary AFVs) have adopted digital camouflage with hexagonal pattern elements. How to use:
- Apply the base color and let it cure fully
- Tape the stencil flush against the model with masking tape
- Airbrush the contrasting color through the hex openings — keep paint moderately thinned
- Reposition the stencil to cover larger surfaces, slightly rotating for natural variation
- For multi-tone digital camo, repeat with additional colors
