"Why would I need a mold to make chocolate instead of buying a tablet at the supermarket?" you may be asking...
That's a fair question, and I have three very specific answers:
- Because you may want to make your own recipe, either by using pure cocoa and healthy ingredients, as opposed to the excessive sugar and industrial additives commercial ones include.
- You may have a child (or other loved one) that suffers from food allergies, and you want to make sure that you can give him/her a tasty piece of chocolate that is completely safe for him/her.
- And finally, on the "creative" side of things, because you want to create your own recipes and add ingredients commercial chocolate bars don't include.
