Decal Tray Toolbox And Tweezers
Most scale models and some Gunplas include decals that have to be moistened in water. The typical way of doing that (and the one I use most often) is by using a recipient full of water, but it can have its drawbacks:
- If your kit has lots of decals (F4 Phantom anyone?) it can be cumbersome, as you can't put too many in the water or they may stick to one another and get ruined.
- If, for some reason, you don't have the best eyesight or the steadiest hands, "fishing" the tiny decals from the water can be challenging.
This decals toolbox solves both problems.
It includes a specially formulated porous material -akin to a sponge- where you can pour water and it will absorb the proper amount.
Then you can put as many decals as you want on top of it; they will soak in water, but not move or get mixed with the rest.
Finally, you can pick the one you are going to apply with the special tweezers (included) and place them onto your model or Gunpla.
