Pear wood: a fine, even-grained hardwood that sands cleanly and takes stain, oil or varnish without blotching, so the cleats match the rest of your deck furniture.
Ready to fit: each cleat is shaped with a flat base for gluing, or can be pinned through with fine brass wire for a stronger joint under rigging tension.
10 pieces per pack: enough to fit out a full rail or a pair of masts in one size.
Available Lengths
4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm and 15mm. Smaller sizes suit 1/96 to 1/150 hulls; the longer cleats suit larger-scale period ships and boats.
