Self-Adhesive Tape For Masking

This tape is very similar to the well-known Parafilm®, a self-adhesive polymer used in test labs, in gardening, and more.

Scale modelers can use it to mask complex and delicate parts. Unlike regular masking tape, which has to stick to the surface, you can wrap this tape around landing gear, for instance, and it will stay in place without ever adhering to the parts. 

As it is elastic, you can even wrap it around large sections of a model, such as a plane's tail, an AFV's turret or running gear, etc.
